Come to this session and learn about how tapping into the tens of thousands of online experts who are available to work for you whenever you need it can help you be successful in your business. You’ll learn all about how to turn Elance into your newest productivity tool offering you an immediate, cost-effective and flexible way to hire, manage and pay independent professionals and contractors online.

This will be a hands-on session where we’ll demonstrate with real-time, real-world examples. Get the most out of this session by conducting the following pre-work assignments:
1. Sign up and register at Elance.com (free).
2. Review the Elance Hot 100 of skills that are in-demand: http://tinyurl.com/ElanceHot100
3. Bring an outline of a job (or jobs) that you need help with, and are able to budget $500 (or more) to allocate to the project. (think Web site enhancements, sales/marketing brochures, IT projects, video production or see the Hot 100 for ideas)
Note: If you are interested in being the classroom example during the working session, drop a note alex@elance.com with your job description and we’ll pick 1 or 2 people to use as the example for the session.
After
you’re done learning all about The New Way To Work, come join us for a drink
from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Varnish Fine Art, located at 77 Natoma St (2nd St.
in between Minna St. and Howard St.). We’ll be hanging out discussing all
things related to getting work done online, so be sure stop by, ask questions,
